COOK BASIL CHICKEN
Ingredients:
* 500 grams chicken, potong2 rather small
* 10 pieces cayenne pepper (plus if like spicy)
* 2-3 plum tomatoes, potong2
* 1 cm laos/galangal, bruised
* 1 cm ginger, bruised
* 1 stalk Lemongrass, memarkan
* 3 Kaffir lime leaves
* 1 tsp powdered chicken bouillon
* 1 handheld/50 Gr. Basil
* 200 ml airminyak for sauteing
* granulated sugar to taste
* salt to taste
Marinade Sliced/Chopped:
* 1 onions, chopped fruit or fruit 5 shallots, finely sliced
* 1-2 red chilies
* 3 garlic cloves
How To Make:
1.) clean, wash chicken Potong2, set aside.
2.) heat oil, Saute sliced chopped/seasoning until fragrant. Enter the galangal, ginger, Lemongrass and Kaffir lime leaves. Stir until all the spices and fragrant matured benar2.
3.) then enter the chicken, stirring until chicken is stiff and discolored. Add the water, cayenne pepper,
4.) cook on medium heat until the chicken is cooked. Add chicken bouillon powder, pepper powder, salt and sugar to taste.
5.) Sample. Add tomato slices, Cook briefly until wilted. Last add the basil leaves, stir briefly. Lift.
