Chicken shallots
Recipe Ingredients:
1/2 chickens, cut into eight parts
(this part I pake klo chicken breast)
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 stalk Lemongrass, memarkan
2 cm ginger, memarkan
1 sheet of pandan leaves
2 sheets leaf rake purut
1/2 fruit lemon, squeeze the water
Basil leaves
200 ml water

4 cloves garlic

How To Make Chicken Rica-Rica:
